These ongoing competitions are run in January, April, July and October every year.

Unless otherwise stated, the closing dates for entries each quarter are as follows:

December 20th for January competition.

March 20th for April competition.

June 20th for July competition

and

September 20th for October competition.

First Prize: £150.00

Second Prize: £75.00

Third Prize: £50.00

High Commendation: £10 x 3

All winning and commended poems and short stories receive first publication in Sentinel Champions magazine in print and eBook.
